FSA LUNCH FORM
Campers have the option to purchase lunches for specific days of the week when registering for camp. If a camper selects a lunch for "Mondays," they will receive that entree every Monday throughout the camp sessions enrolled. This applies to any other days selected as well.
The Lunch form must be completely by May 1st. Please ensure you select lunches only for the days your camper is pre-registered for. A list of options for those given days will be provided on the form.
Transportation Form
To ensure the safety and organization of our campers’ daily transportation, all changes must be submitted through the official 2025 Transportation Changes Form. This is the only method accepted for making adjustments to your camper’s regular pick-up or drop-off plan.
The form is available daily and follows the schedule below:
Closes each day at 12:30 PM: This cutoff allows our team enough time to process and communicate any changes before dismissal.
Reopens daily at 3:30 PM: You may then submit changes for the following day or future dates.

Allergy and Medical Form
The Allergy and Medical Form ensures our leadership team and medical staff are fully prepared to support your camper's health and safety during their time at camp. If your camper has any allergies (including seasonal or anaphylactic), please be sure to complete this form. IF your camper will be taking any medications at camp or if we will be storing any on their behalf, this form is required.
If your son has any medical needs (physical or emotional) you feel are important to his well being at camp, a meeting between our leadership team and your family is essential. This form is due by May 1st and meetings with families can be scheduled any time after May 1st.
